GPS control and topographic data collection was instrumental in the preparation of a Binding Site Plan revision to the 40 year old shopping center at Desert Aire.  A.S.P.I. was requested to provide a comprehensive boundary and topographic map for a redevelopment of the shopping area at Desert Aire.  The open desert environment was ideal for the use of GPS.  The project was completed in a third of the time conventional methods would have required.
