A.S.P.I. (a.k.a. Alpha Subdivision Pro's Inc.) was founded in May 1994.

The company has grown since 1994 into a full service Land Surveying and Planning company, tackling jobs as large as the Seahawks/Sounders Stadium, Qwest Field, yet maintaining the ability to service the general public. The “mom and pops”, Jurisdictions, small builders to large scale Private and Commercial developers, we handle it all.

It is company priority to keep an eye on the whole process, to balance the needs of clients, and to meet the demands of the municipalities. The code changes, policy interpretations and change of personnel creates an ever evolving environment of regulations. We are here to help our clients along this sometimes torturous path.

We have compiled a team of Civil Engineers, Wetland Biologists, Traffic Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers and Structural Engineers to complete all jobs in a timely manner.

We have established excellent rapport with the jurisdictions with whom we work. Our desire to provide the best possible service to our clients shows in the quality of work we provide. Our goal is to provide the best product possible in the shortest amount of time.

Our company of Professional Licensed Land Surveyors, Professional Planners, field crews and office support gives us the ability to handle all of your surveying and land development needs - lot surveys, boundary line adjustments, topography surveys, short plats, plats, construction surveying, and survey litigation.
