the right character. We have plenty of characters but they
all have the right characteristics. Our staff is made up
of hard working, fun-filled, family oriented people. They

We need you, if you are: high energy, diligent, personally

The best candidates will be able to work with a wide variety
of clients. We do it all. We work with mom and pops as well
as the larger builders and developers. Candidates will be
hard working and self motivated to learn.
We understand that a compensation package needs to be aggressive
to continue to build our team. We are aggressive, but it
is the environment we provide that we are most proud of.
You will be challenged daily and the day will “fly
by”.
No day is the same at ASPI. Each day comes with new challenges
and avenues for growth. The sky is the limit at ASPI. Our
immediate needs are for all field positions: Rookies (chainman):
Must like to work outside. Monday through Friday, January
through December. Some days are hot, other days will be cold
and wet, but for the most part the Washington weather is
moderate and most days are great for being outside. This
is a perfect job for the individual that likes to walk in
the woods or stand in the road blocking traffic.
Instrument man:
You have been in the industry just long enough to have a
feel for what we are looking for and are ready to work
with the best. We will help you grow and become the best
at what you do.
Party Chief:
You have seen it all. You want some office time to work on
your training? You want to work with qualified Professionals
to become the best at what you do? You want to help train
the next group of “Rookies”? You are tired of
working on the freeway and ready to do something less stressful?
You are looking for a diversity in the types of projects
you get to work on?
Crew manager:
You have been in the field. You know what it takes to get
the job done. You like the challenge of handling a lot of
jobs on a monthly basis. You like the idea of seeing a project
through from start to finish. You like coaching/training
those around you to be the best at what they do. You enjoy
people and the challenges that come with the job.
PLS:
You are tired of the mundane and are ready to work on the
stuff that got you licensed. You like figuring out that tough
boundary. You like the challenge of balancing multiple jobs
on an on-going basis. The big plats, the little lot surveys,
the boundary issues, you dig all of it. At the end of the
day, your only thought is “where did the day go?” You
are a “team player”. You are there to help everyone
grow and become better at what they do.
